Marlowe Theatre, Canterbury (Link)

This play by Anders Lustgarten takes Elizabeth I’s spymaster Francis Walsingham as its subject and explores how he was the original creator of government surveillance. Directed by Justin Audibert (The Jew of Malta, RSC 2015 & Flare Path No.1 tour) we workshopped the play at Canterbury’s Marlowe Theatre, culminating in a rehearsed reading. I played Elizabeth I and also Frances, Walsingham’s daughter and wife of Sir Philip Sidney.
